There are a total of thirty (30) Ross Peak Ranch estates -- twenty-nine (29) ranging in size from two-and-a-half (2 1/2) to eight (8) acres and one (1) seventeen (17) acre parcel -- each with quality paved roads, underground utilities, water and state approval for septic.
