How many parcels are available?
There are a total of thirty (30) Ross Peak Ranch estates -- twenty-nine
(29) ranging in size from two-and-a-half (2 1/2) to eight (8) acres
and one (1) seventeen (17) acre parcel -- each with quality paved
roads, underground utilities, water and state approval for septic.
As of the date of this document, eight parcels remain for sale. The
estates are ready-to-build, single-family dwelling parcels.

the many abundant smaller creeks right at your back door to world-recognized
