How many parcels are available?

There are a total of seven (7) ranchettes ranging in size from twenty (20) to one hundred thirteen (113) acres. The ranchettes each include favorable density rights, as well as conservation easement write-off potential making them perfect for ski area or other development opportunities.

How many parcels have been sold to date? Homes built?

The Ross Peak Ranch properties were made available for sale in late August 2002. Three of the single-dwelling parcels have sold, and one house has been built. A second house is currently under construction.

What are the prices of the parcels?

Prices on the seven (7) ranchette parcels range from$500,000 to $2,775,000. Prices on the twenty-nine (29) estate parcels range from $190,000-$600,000. In addition, there is one seventeen (17) acre parcel priced at $750,000.

How close is the closest fly fishing?

World-class fly fishing surrounds Ross Peak Ranch properties. From the many abundant smaller creeks right at your back door to world-recognized rivers no more than 50 miles away, this is a spectacular location for the fly fishing enthusiast.

Smaller creeks like Flathead and Bridger Creeks and smaller lakes such as Ferry Lake are within 4-10 miles of any of the parcels. The first major fly fishing river, the East Gallatin, is just 16 miles from the property. In addition to numerous fly fishing creeks such as Hyalite and Trail Creeks, the Shields River (20 miles), West Gallatin River (25 miles), Yellowstone River (30 miles), Madison River (50 miles), and Missouri River (50 miles) are all within an hour's drive of the property.
