There are a total of seven (7) ranchettes ranging in size from

The Ross Peak Ranch properties were made available for sale in
late August 2002. Three of the single-dwelling parcels have sold,
and one house has been built. A second house is currently under
construction.

$2,775,000. Prices on the twenty-nine (29) estate parcels range
